About Us

What is No More Sausages?

No More Sausages Co (NMS) was built inside a real school community on the NSW Far North Coast — after one too many early mornings setting up BBQs and one too many emails asking for volunteers.

We realised the problem wasn’t the people.
It was the way fundraising works.

Schools and community groups are still relying on the same events, the same products, and the same small group of volunteers every year — even as the workload keeps growing.

So we built something better.

Who we are

We’re Verity, Lucy and Dee — P&C Treasurer, President and Vice President / Fundraising Coordinator in our own school community.

Between us, we’ve run the raffles, written the grant applications, balanced the accounts, organised the events, chased the volunteers, set up the BBQ, packed it down… and then done it all again the next weekend.

We know exactly how much work fundraising really is — because we’re still doing it too.

Between us we’ve spent over 14 years on P&C committees, as well as working in law, governance, digital strategy and business. But the thing that matters most isn’t our professional backgrounds. It’s that we live the P&C life day in, day out.

We still go to the meetings.
We still send the emails.
We still try to fill volunteer rosters the night before an event.
We still work out how to raise more money with fewer people and less time.

No More Sausages wasn’t created in a boardroom. It grew out of group chats, late-night emails, and real conversations between volunteers trying to work out how to raise more money without burning everyone out.

At some point, we stopped asking why fundraising was so hard and decided to build the thing we wished already existed.

Something built for schools and communities like ours — and probably like yours too.

What NMS does

NMS creates fundraising and merchandise programs that are easier to run, better for volunteers, and actually make money for schools and community organisations.

No More Sausages helps P&Cs and community organisations raise money in ways that are easier to run, better for volunteers, and more sustainable over time.

We do this through:
– Wholesale fundraising products with real margins
– Merchandise programs people actually want to wear
– Online marketplaces that can run all year
– Listening to what school communities actually need
– Building fundraising ideas from real experience

Not more fundraising.
Better fundraising.

What we believe

We believe schools and community groups shouldn’t run on burnout.
We believe fundraising should be worth the effort.
We believe families should be buying quality products they actually want — not things they feel obliged to buy.
We believe fundraising can build community, not exhaust it.
And we believe communities deserve a fair return for the work they put in.

That’s what NMS is about.

Less grind. More good.
